6 pizza inspired recipes...here's to the weekend
Because pizza night can look more than one way & my birthday
Hi Friend,
This week has been a little nuts over here, in the best way, but still very busy. So today’s newsletter will be a little shorter than usual. And it’s my birthday today, yay!

A few life updates: we bought a “new” (used) car this week. We love Ford and have always had such great experiences with them, so we’re really excited.
I also had a follow up appointment with a movement specialist who has quite literally changed my life. A few weeks ago my back pain was so bad I could barely walk and had been hurting for two weeks straight. I could hardly get into her clinic (literally hobbled in and could barely get on the table) for the first appointment and walked out almost pain free. After the second visit I feel completely back to normal. And the best part is it’s not an “every week forever” type of thing. She figured out the issue, showed me what to do, and it worked. (If you saw my IG Stories, it turns out it was actually a diaphragm issue, which is wild because it caused such severe back pain.)
Meanwhile the laundry situation at our house is completely out of control from when my back was hurting, work piled up, kids activities are nonstop, and it’s just been one of those weeks.
And the biggest sign of how busy it’s been? I’ve only finished one book and half of an audiobook… which is very low for me. 😅
Today I’m sharing “pizza inspired” recipes, recipes that have “pizza” in the title but that aren’t your typical dough-sauce-cheese combo. Hope you enjoy:

“Absolutely love this pizza recipe. It’s the only one I use. I make it every Friday night, my husband and kids love it. I’ve also done it for other members of the family and they can’t believe how amazing and authentic the pizzas turn out. I’ve been using a shop bought pizza sauce but would love to make my own.”
