Mothers Day Menu….here’s to the weekend
Because brunch is the love language of moms everywhere.
Hi Friends,
Mother’s Day is almost here—which means it’s time to celebrate the woman who signed you up for summer camps, always found your missing shoe, and maybe even taught you how to make your first batch of cookies. Whether you’re cooking for your mom, yourself, a mom friend, or someone who’s been like a mother to you, I’ve got recipes that say thank you with every bite. From cozy brunches to sweet treats, here’s to making her day extra delicious.
Start the day with a delicious coffee. Baileys latte, sweet cream iced coffee, iced maple latte or an iced salted honey latte

For some baked goods: iced lemon loaf, blueberry cherry muffins, 5 ingredient danish

Waffles (these are the best) or pancakes (everyone loves these) or crepes (amazing)

For a savory main: make ahead quiche or 5 ingredient sheet pan breakfast (everything is ready at the same time)

On the blog this week
These no-bake, healthier heavenly hunks are chewy, chocolatey oat bars made with almond butter, chia seeds, and maple syrup—your new favorite better-for-you snack!

The weekly love list includes a lovely song I keep listening to on repeat, 2 beautiful books I just finished (both get 5/5 from me!) and an affordable new eye cream.

Personal stories
Of course my most adventurous eater (Sam) has a shellfish allergy and we have to keep him away from sushi and he just wants it!
We had a lovely Easter!
The kids love walking to this one big rock in our neighborhood and they always want to take picture on top of it, me, I’m standing for reference. I’m sure the people that live in the house by the rock thing we’re nuts lol.
