Potluck perfection: 7 crowd-pleasing recipes to share….here’s to the weekend
Tasty, transportable, and totally potluck-approved.
Hi Friends,
I can’t believe how fast summer is flying by - anyone else feel like June blinked and disappeared? The kids are in camp during the day and somehow come home with more energy than when they left. We’ve been bouncing between family BBQs, potlucks, and get togethers, so today I’m sharing 7 of our favorite potluck-ready recipes - easy to make, crowd-pleasing, and perfect for summer sharing.
Antipasto skewers - great cold appetizer and super easy to make

Potluck pasta salad - this one a favorite of all who try it, it’s yummy and feeds a crowd! Or this high protein pasta salad.

Zucchini au Gratin - a really wonderful vegetable side dish. I always make this in an aluminum pan so I don’t need to worry about getting my pan back.

Tortellini pasta salad - this quick pasta salad only has 5 ingredients!!

Smores bars - this recipe, omg, it’s so good and screams summer!

Whole wheat fruit pizza cookies - wholesome twist on a classic treat!
