Snacks on snacks on snacks...here's to the weekend
All the delicious snack recipes you need and travel with kids!
Hi Friends,
The amount of snacking that goes on in our house is insane. For school the older 3 need 2 snacks each, then they come home and need an after school snack and the littlest joins in the fun. That’s 11 snacks per day!! Crazy!!
Here are some of my favorite snack recipes:

A fun snack box we’ve been subscribed to for years now is called Universal Yums, they send a box of snacks from a different country every month. We’ve tried so many fun things, and the kids actually try stuff from this box!

I updated my Amazon stores!
In this weeks Love List I’m sharing what I’m all getting for our first time on an airplane with the kids, I’ve asked all my mom friends for their wisdom. If you have a tip or trick to share, please message me and let me know!
I updated this amazing chicken salad made with cottage cheese. It’s high in protein and so so good!
Why You’ll Love This Recipe
✔️ High in Protein – Thanks to cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and chicken, this salad is packed with protein to keep you full.
✔️ Lighter & Healthier – No mayo means a lower-fat, high-protein alternative to traditional chicken salad.
✔️ Meal Prep Friendly – Make a batch and enjoy it all week! The flavors get even better after a day in the fridge.
✔️ Crunchy + Sweet Balance – Celery, grapes, and bell peppers give the perfect mix of textures and flavors.

Personal stories
This past weekend we took the kids to the Melting Pot - a fondue restaurant. It was SO.MUCH.FUN! And delicious! Fondue is so fun. It reminded me that I have an awesome post on how to make fondue at home, it takes all of 5 minutes, here’s how.

First 3 pics are at the restaurant, last pic is making fondue at home!
Reader comment
“Holy heck, this was good! I’m an iced coffee fan as well and just bought some Starbucks Caramel syrup (I like just a hint of sweetness), when I saw this recipe. This was so easy and tasty (and a lot more natural than the caramel syrup ingredients!)! Perfect alternative to pumpkin flavor for fall! I guess my syrup bottle will be shelving it for a bit! Thanks for the recipe!”
