Hi Friends,
The amount of snacking that goes on in our house is insane. Yours too?
For school the older 3 need 2 snacks each, then they want a little snack with their lunch, then they come home and need an after school snack and the littlest joins in the fun. That’s 13 snacks per day, 65 per week, wish me luck!!
Here are some of my favorite snack recipes:
3 Ingredient cashew snack bars
No bake collagen cookies (adding crushed up candy canes to these is incredible, glad I found a few leftover candy canes in the pantry just last night!)

Love List - In this weeks Love List I’m sharing a fun eye liner comparison for you and a really great new mascara, and sharing about a fun movie we watched along with a slouchy sweater (under $30!)
Personal stories
I think we had the best waitress ever when the kids and I went out to eat, she brought fruit and whipping cream for the kids before the food arrived, and then she asked if I wanted a picture with me and the kids!!
We went to the kids museum (Betty Brinn museum) and a splash pad. Sam really wanted a picture with just me and was pretending to bite Frankie to make her go away lol!
This is my last week with them home, they go to school starting next week, wish me luck, I get teary thinking about it, we’ve had a very nice summer!

The 5 ingredient skillet lasagne has become a staple at my house. Not only do my grandkids love it but the bigs love it as well. And a major + for me is cooking and clean up are quick and easy as well!! I sneak a little grated carrots and zucchini into the sauce too.
