This week, I’m sharing some of my favorite ways to make the most of tomato season—from a tomato tart you seriously have to try to fresh salsas that make every meal better. Let’s put all those tomatoes to good use!
Tomato cucumber salad - this is such a great side for any meal! We make it as a side with these sausages
Grape Tomato Tarts - These little tarts are so yummy, they’re actually one of Nicks favorite recipes I make!
Watermelon salsa - so refreshing and great for summer get togethers. Chips and salsa, yum!
Peach and tomato panzanella - when peaches and tomatoes are in season there’s nothing better than this incredible salad
Balsamic oven roasted tomatoes - that go perfectly on this fancy toast!
