The sun is sticking around a little longer (the kids remind me of this at bedtime because it’s “not dark yet” lol), and after what felt like the longest winter ever—spring is finally here in Wisconsin. This week I’m sharing a few cozy, fresh recipes perfect for the season. Nothing too fancy, just simple meals that feel like spring and use springs produce.

Big news is that Frankie lost her first tooth! Ben started baseball and he’s loving it! Why must our most adventurous eater (Sam) be allergic to shellfish? He wants to eat our sushi so bad, so we found a couple with just fish (yellowtail is a fave and he ate them all lol).
