Hi Friends,

Summer is a full time job, isn’t it? With kids schedules, extracurriculars, birthdays, vacation, part time work, blog work, housework, etc. it’s just nuts. I’m really looking forward to fall when things will slow down a little, but at the same time, we’re really having a lovely summer!

Know what I really love about summer? THE FOOD! The refreshing flavors (hello lemons and melons) and seasonal produce (zucchini, tomatoes and corn.) Let’s dive in!

Easy summer Sangria - perfect for get togethers!

Jalapeno dip, only 5 ingredients - when peppers are in season or growing like crazy in your garden, make this app!

Balsamic grilled vegetables - this recipe works with any vegetables, so great for the summertime.

Cucumber salad - refreshing and great with any meal as a side!

Summer roasted vegetable lasagna - such a delicious summer vegetable lasagna! It’s my favorite all year round to be honest.

We went Up North to visit Nicks grandparents, we had such a lovely trip: fishing, ice cream, swimming, a pirate ship adventure. Fun all around!
