This week’s newsletter is short and sweet—just like summer break should be. I’m still adjusting to the new schedule (how is it somehow busier with school out?), and I’m heading out to visit one of my besties and her baby, who is already five months old—how?! But before I go, I’m sharing some of my favorite summer sides—from potato salad to grilled veggies, these are the recipes that round out every warm-weather meal.
Red skin potato salad - this is the best sour cream and dill potato salad out there, it’s so yummy!



Grilled balsamic vegetables - these are simply the best vegetables and get rave reviews everywhere


Tomato cucumber salad - a great side for any meats, we have this weekly with yogurt marinated chicken!


Grilled bread - this is great for with a salad or for dips like this cottage cheese dip
