Getting a high power blender literally changed my life. We now make smoothies in minutes and the blender does its job so well. We have a Vitamix (it’s pricey but worth it), a cheaper alternative is the Dash blender.
Currently reading Killers of a Certain Age, it’s got me hooked! It’s described as Golden Girls meets James Bond.

A lovely reader comment on waffles made with cottage cheese
I made these waffles for dinner tonight. I added a very ripe banana which was a nice touch. The waffles were easy to make, absolutely delicious and came out nice and crispy. We used syrup and butter as toppings. Next time I’ll use fresh berries. The whole family loved your recipe! I will be making this recipe frequently.

Thank you for starting my day off with a chuckle. I saw the word epidemy used and thought - what does the word mean? It actually means epidemic. The spelling of the word that was intended is epitome which means "A representative or perfect example of a class or type". That's what your site means to me!
